These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Birthday Free Day mobile application ("App") operated by Birthday Free Day ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information, including your birth date, which is used to verify eligibility for birthday deals.
Deals and offers displayed in the App are provided by participating businesses. We facilitate the connection between you and these businesses but do not guarantee the availability, quality, or terms of any offer. Businesses set their own terms for each deal, including verification requirements and redemption limits.
You may submit reviews and other content through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, or violates any law.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
Business owners may create accounts to manage their business listings, offers, and respond to reviews. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and the fulfillment of any offers they post.

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Birthday Free Day and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. BDAYFREEDAY is a trademark of Birthday Free Day.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birthday Free Day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to disputes with businesses regarding birthday deals.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
